OnPoint Privacy Program
Cookie Notice
This document explains how OnPoint handles personal data across account, care, payment, communication, and support workflows. It is written to be readable by users and to align with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and the GAID 2025 implementation framework.
How Cookies and Similar Storage Are Used
OnPoint uses essential browser storage for authentication continuity, account/session restoration, workspace state, push subscriptions, consent memory, and user-selected preferences.
Optional cookie-like storage is used for preference persistence and, where enabled in future, analytics or product-improvement signals. Optional categories should not be enabled until you consent.
Cookie Categories
- Essential: sign-in continuity, security, routing, and session recovery.
- Preference: distance units, view modes, workspace choices, and consent memory.
- Analytics: only if separately enabled and consented to.
- Communication: push-subscription state and notification preferences.
Your Controls
You can manage cookie-related preferences from the cookie banner and, when signed in, from the privacy dashboard in your profile.
Choosing essential-only storage may limit optional convenience features but should not prevent core account access.
